At JEK3 Consultants, consultations are scheduled in advance to ensure each client receives dedicated time and thoughtful attention to their specific needs. Scheduling a Consultation Consultations may be scheduled using one of the following methods: Phone: 737-999-0549 OR by booking online All consultations are 30 minutes in duration unless otherwise arranged. *Consultation Deposit A $25 deposit is required to secure a consultation appointment. The deposit is non-refundable, however it will be credited toward any future services provided by JEK3 Consultants should the client choose to proceed with additional consulting or project work. Consultation Format Consultations are conducted by phone unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling Clients may reschedule their consultation with at least 24 hours’ notice. Rescheduling requests may be completed through the Calendly confirmation email or by contacting our office at 737-999-0549. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened or may be asked to reschedule depending on availability. Missed Appointments Clients who miss a scheduled consultation without prior notice will forfeit the deposit and must submit a new deposit to schedule a future appointment.
