Refund Policy

At JEK3 Consultants, we are committed to delivering thoughtful, high-quality consulting services tailored to each client’s unique needs. Due to the nature of consulting work, the following refund policy applies to all services.

Consultation Deposits

​

All consultation deposits are non-refundable. However, the $25 consultation deposit may be applied as a credit toward any future services provided by JEK3 Consultants.

 

 

Consulting Services

 

Consulting services involve time, expertise, research, and strategic development. As such:

• Payments for completed consulting services are non-refundable.

• Once work has begun on a project or consulting engagement, fees associated with work already performed are non-refundable.

Project-Based Services

​

For project-based consulting engagements:

• Deposits or initial payments secure scheduling and project allocation.

• Once work has commenced, deposits and payments for work completed are non-refundable.

Client Cancellations

​

If a client chooses to cancel a consulting engagement before work has begun, any refund eligibility will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis, less any administrative or preparation costs incurred.

 

 

Service Adjustments

​

If a client requires modifications or additional work outside the original scope of the project, such services may require a revised agreement or additional fees.
